DataGuard AU provides personal data breach intelligence, privacy audit services, and related cybersecurity information for Australian individuals and businesses. Our breach check tool uses publicly available breach data from the Have I Been Pwned database.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Our Personal Audit ($99) and SME Audit ($499) services are delivered via email within 48 hours of payment. Deliverables include a written PDF report and email Q&A support as described on the relevant service page. We reserve the right to decline audit requests that fall outside our scope.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available once an audit report has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the service prior to report delivery, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
DataGuard AU provides information and recommendations based on publicly available breach data. We do not guarantee that our service will identify all breaches or that following our recommendations will prevent all security incidents. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, DataGuard AU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
